Dolph Microwave engineers waveguide flanges to exacting EIA (Electronic Industries Alliance) and IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) standards, ensuring seamless interoperability in high-power RF/microwave systems. Our flanges support frequency bands from 75 GHz (WR10) to 320 MHz (WR2300+), fabricated from aluminum 6061-T6 for superior conductivity and corrosion resistance. Rigorous testing guarantees VSWR performance ≤1.05:1, minimizing signal loss in critical radar, satellite, and telecom infrastructure. Prototype to production units feature vacuum-rated seals for UHV environments up to 10⁻⁹ Torr.
