25 Years of Waveguide and Antenna Manufacturing

Dolph Microwave began as the state-owned 806 Factory and became Dolph in 2001. Today our plant in Xi'an builds waveguide components, antenna feed systems and earth station antennas.

Machining, bending, brazing, plating and RF testing all happen in-house. One team owns your part from raw metal to shipped goods.

Our parts work in satellite communication and space exploration programs.

Before You Send the Drawing

How do I start a custom waveguide or antenna project?

Send your drawing, sketch or the part number you want to replace to sales@dolphmicrowave.com. Our engineers review manufacturability, confirm material and plating, and return a firm quotation.

Which frequency range do your products cover?

Standard and double-ridged waveguide components run from 0.32 to 110 GHz, earth station antennas from 1.2 m to 11.3 m, and in-house RF measurement reaches 100 GHz.

How is quality controlled during production?

Every build follows our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Manual and Quality Procedure. Parts are verified with RF vector and scalar systems up to 100 GHz, anechoic chambers and an environmental laboratory before shipping.

What warranty do you provide?

One year from the date of delivery. Defects in material or workmanship are replaced or repaired free of charge within that period.

Can you build a drop-in replacement for an existing part?

Yes. Send the part number, drawing or even a sketch. We match the outline, flange and interface so the new part drops into your existing system.
