Feed Horns & Polarizers
- Corrugated and smooth-wall feed horns
- Septum (circular) polarizers and phase shifters
- Linear or circular polarization, switchable
- For prime focus, offset and Cassegrain antennas
You send the specification — we build the part. Feed horns, OMTs, diplexers, polarizers, rotary joints, high-power loads and complete feed networks, all made and tested in our own factory in Xi’an since 2001.

Tell us the frequency band, power level, flange type and size limits. We build the part to match — every order follows your drawing or specification.

These parts work in transmitter lines and test setups where power is high and runs for many hours. We make them in copper, copper alloys or aluminum, with water cooling where air cooling is not enough.
Loads that safely absorb full transmitter power during operation and testing.
Adapters that join waveguide to coaxial cable in high-power lines, with low loss.
Sealed windows that keep air pressure inside the waveguide while the signal passes through.
Motorized or manual switches that route the signal between two paths, for example to a backup transmitter.
Besides feed networks, we make a wide range of standard and custom waveguide and coaxial parts. Many buyers order them together with a custom feed, so everything fits and works together.
The photo below shows a combined C/Ku feed we built. Around it, a complete order can include bends, couplers, filters, switches and loads from the families listed here — all from the same workshop.

Bends, twists, tees, transitions and flanges for your waveguide runs.
Parts that route, limit or absorb power in your line.
Parts for sampling signals and calibrating test setups.
Parts for industrial microwave systems and coaxial lines.
Everything happens in our own factory, so you talk directly with the people who build your parts — and lead times stay short.
Milling and turning of copper, copper alloys and aluminum, to the tolerances waveguide parts need.
Waveguide formed and bent to the shape your layout needs, including sweeps and miter bends.
Joints soldered and brazed in copper, copper alloys and aluminum, so they stay tight under high power.
Electrolytic and electroless plating for good conductivity, and electroforming for shapes that are hard to machine.
Anodizing and passivation that follow RoHS rules, plus diamond grinding for fine surfaces.
Our test lab and microwave chamber check the electrical performance of every part before it ships.
The same feeds and waveguide parts we sell as components go into our own antenna products — from small flyaway antennas up to large earth stations.
2.4–7.3 m antennas that follow moving satellites, from L band up to Q/V band, with combined S+X feeds and automatic tracking.

6.2–11.3 m antennas for fixed ground stations, meeting FCC 25.209 and ITU-R S.580-5 rules, with C/Ku/Ka feeds made in-house.

Carbon-fiber antennas from 0.75 to 2.4 m. The 1.2 m model sets up in about 5 minutes, without tools, in Ku or Ka band.
Email us the frequency band, power level, flange type and size limits. Our engineers check the details and ask if anything is unclear.
We do the electrical and mechanical design. Flanges follow EIA or IEC standards unless you need something different.
Parts are milled, turned, formed and bent in our own workshop.
Parts are soldered or brazed, then plated, anodized or passivated. Surface treatment follows RoHS rules.
Every part is tested in our lab and microwave chamber before it ships.
You receive the parts with a one-year warranty. Bad material or workmanship is repaired or replaced for free.
Feeds and waveguide parts for ground stations that send and receive data, voice and video by satellite.
Parts for ground stations that receive weather and environmental data from satellites.
Our products have been used in satellite communication systems and space exploration tasks.
Feed parts and polarizers for radio telescopes that observe the sky at radio wavelengths.

Dolph Microwave grew out of state-owned Factory 806, and we have made microwave parts and antenna feed systems in Xi’an since 2001.
We make feed horns, OMTs, diplexers, filters, polarizers, rotary joints, high-power terminations and water-cooled loads, waveguide-to-coaxial adapters, waveguide switches, pressure windows, and complete feed networks with one, two or three frequency bands.
We build parts and feed networks for systems working in L, S, C, X, Ku and Ka bands, including combined systems such as S/X and C/Ku. Our antenna products also reach Q and V band.
Yes. Our own workshop does CNC milling and turning, waveguide forming and bending, soldering and brazing, plating, electroforming, anodizing and passivation, grinding, and final testing in our lab and microwave chamber.
Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015, and our surface treatment follows RoHS rules. Every product has a one-year warranty: if a part fails because of bad material or workmanship, we repair or replace it for free.
